Methods: A total of 116 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by premature abruption of placenta were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 58 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with carboprost tromethamine, patients in the observation group were given pituitrin injection at the same time, and the time to hemostasis, total bleeding and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared, and clin. summary and anal. were performed. Objective: To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine in the prevention of postoperative bleeding during cesarean section with placenta previa. Methods: A controlled study was conducted on 88 puerperae with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from 2017.5 to 2019.5, and they were divided into observation group (carboprost tromethamine) and control group (oxytocin) 44 cases in each group, and the grouping method was random number table method to explore the effect of different treatments on postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions of puerperae. Results: The research objects in this paper were compared in terms of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 12-h blood loss and postoperative 24-h blood loss. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the total effective rate, the observation group (97.73%) was significantly higher than the control group (86.36%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group (2.27%, 9.09%) was significantly lower than the control group (15.91%, 27.27%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The application of carboprost tromethamine to pregnant women undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa could significantly reduce intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, with definite curative effect, less adverse reactions and high safety. This method was worthy of application and promotion.

The indexes of 2, 24 h hemorrhage volume, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, hemostasis time, transfusion rate and complications in long or short term were compared between the two groups after parturition. Results: The 2, 24 h hemorrhage volume, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, hemostasis time, transfusion rate and uterectomy rate in the observation group were significantly lower compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Preventive intrauterine injection of carboprost tromethamine in cesarean section reduces hemorrhage volume, decreases the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, transfusion rate and complications in long and short term for pregnant women with critical risk of postpartum hemorrhage, and the earlier of time selection, the better of the efficacy, which is valuable to popularize in basis hospitals.

To study the solvent-exposed lysine residues of peptides/proteins, we previously reported disulfide-linked N-hydroxysuccinimide ester-modified silica-coated iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (NHS-SS-SiO2@Fe3O4 MNPs). The presence of a disulfide bond in the linker limits the use of disulfide reducing agent during protein digestion and allows unwanted disulfide formation between the MNPs and protein. In the current work, the disulfide bond was replaced with a cleavable ester group to synthesize NHS ester-modified SiO2@Fe3O4 MNPs. Use of the cleavable ester group provides an improved method for protein labeling and allows the use of disulfide reducing agents during protein digestion.

Objective: To study the best time of hemabate in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, to provide basis for clin. diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 114 cases of cesarean section with bleeding tendency from Feb. 2014 to Feb. 2016 in our hospital were selected, the patients were randomly divided into group I, group II and group III, 38 cases in each group, group I injection of oxytocin and hemabate immediately after fetal delivery, group II injection of the oxytocin immediately after fetal delivery, application of hemabate when uterine atony, group III injection of oxytocin immediately after fetal delivery, not using hemabate, the bleeding intraoperative, back to the ward to postoperative 2H and 2H to postpartum 24 h were compared between the three groups. Results: The bleeding during operation of group I significantly lower than II group and III group (P<0.05), there were no significant amount of intraoperative blood loss in group II and group III (P>0.05); back to the ward to postoperative 2H bleeding of group I and group II were significantly lower than those in the group III (P<0.05), group I and group II were not statistically significant (P>0.05), 2H to postpartum 24h bleeding of group I and group II were significantly lower than those in the group III (P<0.05), group I and group II were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Fetal delivery immediately injection of oxytocin and hemabate could effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, it is the best time to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
