《Simultaneous estimation of ambroxol hydrochloride and cetirizine hydrochloride in combined solid tablet formulations by HPTLC- densitometric method》 was published in Asian Journal of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Research in 2019. These research results belong to Wadher, Shailesh J.; Supekar, Bhagwan B.; Shivpuje, Shivraj S.. Computed Properties of C13H19Br2ClN2O The article mentions the following:

The new simple, precise, rapid, selective, high performance thin layer chromatog. method has been developed for simultaneous estimation of ambroxol hydrochloride and cetirizine hydrochloride in its combined solid dosage form. The HPTLC method was performed on precoated silica gel G60 F254 plates with Et acetate: methanol: formic acid (7.5: 0.5: 1.0 volume/volume/v) as mobile phase. The plates were developed in 6.00× 0.45mm at room temperature The developed plates were scanned and quantified at their absorption at 222 nm for AMB and CET. The drugs were satisfactorily resolved with Rf = 0.27± 0.01 for CET and 0.43± 0.03 for AMB. Calibration plot was linear between 600-3600 ng/ spot for AMB and 50-300 ng/ spot for CET. This HPTLC method is sensitive, economical, less time consuming than other chromatog. procedures. It can become important tool for anal. of combined solid dosage from.trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride(cas: 23828-92-4Computed Properties of C13H19Br2ClN2O) was used in this study.

trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride(cas: 23828-92-4) is a mucolytic expectorant and a metabolite of bromhexine.Safety of trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride It is used in the treatment of respiratory disorders characterized by viscous or excessive mucus.

The author of 《Reverse phase-UPLC method of analysis for simultaneous estimation of Levosalbutamol sulphate, Guaiphenesin and Ambroxol hydrochloride in pharmaceutical cough, cold liquid dosage forms》 were Kiran Kumar, A.; Balakrishnan, M.; Bannoth, Chandrasekhar Kothapalli. And the article was published in International Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Madurai, India) in 2019. Safety of trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride The author mentioned the following in the article:

The three most drug combinations for cough, cold are widely used worldwide now a day. The purpose of the study was to build up an innovative RP-UPLC technique for simultaneous estimation of Levosalbutamol Sulfate (LEV), Guaiphenesin (GUA) and Ambroxol Hydrochloride (AMB) in liquid dosage forms. Chromatog. was carried out on UHPLC (WATERS)⊕MMETRY C18 4.6mm × 1000mm, 3.5μm, (Agilent – Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 – Rapid Resolution) with an isocratic mobile phase with pH 3.0 composed of buffer, methanol and Acetonitrile (60:20:20) with a flow rate of 0.8mL/min. The detection was carried out with column temperature at 25°C using a UV detector at 276nm. Validation parameters like linearity, specificity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), system suitability, Solutions stability and robustness were considered as affirmed in the ICH guidelines. Retention times for LEV, GUA & AMB were 1.07 min, 1.99 min & 3.55 min resp. The assay of syrups with the relative standard deviation found to be less than 2%. The parameters values were found, and the method was found to be satisfactory. This validated UHPLC method is cost-effective, receptive and precise than other chromatog. methods. The experimental process involved the reaction of trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride(cas: 23828-92-4Safety of trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride)

《Effectiveness of surgical approach of insertion ventilation tubes (Tympanostomy) and adenoidectomy in comparison with non-surgical approach (Watchful Waiting Approach) in children at the age between 1 and 6 and who suffer from otitis media with effusion (OME) in 12-month period of observation-the retrospective analysis》 was published in International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health in 2021. These research results belong to Skarzynska, Magdalena Beata; Gos, Elzbieta; Czajka, Natalia; Sanfis, Milaine Dominici; Skarzynski, Piotr Henryk. Synthetic Route of C13H19Br2ClN2O The article mentions the following:

Otitis media with effusion (OME) is one of the most common diseases in childhood. The objective was to assess clin. the effectiveness of the surgical approach (tube insertion with adenoidectomy) in comparison with the non-surgical approach (watchful waiting) during a 12-mo observation period. This study was retrospective and obtained approval from the bioethics committee. The criteria of inclusion in the first group (surgical approach) were: (1) a diagnosis of chronic otitis media with effusion in children aged between 1 and 6 years; (2) their medical history showed that they had undergone adenoidectomy and tympanostomy with the insertion of ventilation tubes (VTs). The criteria for inclusion in the second group (non-surgery) were similar to the first group except that their medical history showed they had not undergone adenoidectomy or tympanostomy with the insertion of VTs. There were 422 children included in the surgical group and 50 children in the non-surgical group, and the period of observation was 12 mo. For the entire surgical group, the number of healthy days ranged from 20 to 365, with a mean of 328.0 days (SD = 91.4).In the non-surgical group, the number of healthy days ranged from 13 to 365, with a mean of 169.2 days (SD = 127.3). The difference in the number of healthy days was statistically significant (p < 0.001). The certainty of treatment in the first group was higher than in the second group, and the number of days without recurrence was significantly higher than in the second group. In the first group, there were 71 recurrences from 422 children (16.8%), and, in the second subgroup, there were 40 recurrences of acute otitis media (AOM) from 50 children (80%). The RR was 0.21. The surgical approach in children aged 1-6 years who have been diagnosed with otitis media with effusion is reasonable and beneficial for the child. In the experiment, the researchers used many compounds, for example, trans-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexanol hydrochloride(cas: 23828-92-4Synthetic Route of C13H19Br2ClN2O)
