Related Products of 15258-73-8, With the rapid development and complex challenges of chemical substances, the synthesis of new drugs is usually one of the most effective ways to increase yield.15258-73-8, name is (2,6-Dichlorophenyl)methanol, molecular formula is C7H6Cl2O, molecular weight is 177.03, as common compound, the synthetic route is as follows.

To a solution of (2,6-dichloro-phenyl)-methanol (4.97 mmol) in DMA was added NaH (200 mg, 4.97 mmol) at RT, and the mixture was stirred for 1 h at RT. 2- Chloro-pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ol (150 mg, 0.83 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred overnight at RT and concentrated. The residue was purified by FC (DCM/MeOH=20/1) to give 140 mg (53%) of the title compound. ?H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO): oe 5.68 (s, 2H), 7.49-7.53 (m, 1H), 7.59-7.6 1 (m, 2H), 7.86 (d, J 4.8 Hz, 1H), 8.53 (d, J= 4.8 Hz, 1H), 8.92 (s, 1H), 12.71 (s, 1H).
