The effects of ambroxol hydrochloride lavage with electronic bronchoscope on inflammatory factors procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in elderly patients with pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were analyzed. There was no significant difference in the levels of PCT and CRP between the observation group and the control group before treatment. One week after treatment, PCT and CRP in the two groups decreased, and the observer was lower than that in the control group.
