Both the drugs obeyed Beer-Lambert’s law over the concentration range 1-50μg/mL for salbutamol sulfate and 10-50μg/mL for ambroxol HCl, resp. The developed method was validated for Accuracy, Precision, Limit of Detection and Limit of Quantification as per ICH guidelines and results of anal. were validated statistically.
