Synthetic Route of 5339-85-5, As we all know, there are many different methods for the synthesis of a compound, and people can choose the synthesis method that suits their own laboratory according to the actual situation. 5339-85-5, name is 2-(2-Aminophenyl)ethanol, molecular formula is C8H11NO, The compound is widely used in many fields, so it is necessary to find a new synthetic route. A solution of Fmoc-Leu-OH, 2- (4-aminophenyl) ethanol, and EEDQ in 1: 1 toluene : ethanol is stirred at room temperature under nitrogen for 3 days. Additional 2- (4-AMINOPHENYL) ethanol, and EEDQ are added if the reaction is incomplete, and the reaction is stirred for another 24 hours. The solution is concentrated under reduced pressure, and the resulting residue is taken up in dichloromethane, and washed consecutively with 0.1 N HCI, saturated NAHG03, and saturated NACL. The organic solution is dried (MgS04) and concentrated, and the residue is purified by silica flash chromatography using a hexane: ethyl acetate mobile phase to give the title compound.
