After afull conversion was detected by GC-analysis, sat. aq. NH4Cl (15 mL) was added and theaqueous layer was extracted with EtOAc (3 x 15 mL). The combined organic layers weredried over Na2SO4, filtered and solvent was removed under reduced pressure. Purification viacolumn chromatography (SiO2) afforded expected products 4.
