The resulting mixture was stirred for 2 days, then concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue purified by silica chromatography (1 : 1 hexane:EtOAc) to give the title compound (9.1 g, 40%) as a colorless oil. (0315) [00139] NMR (400 MHz, CDCb): d 3.75 (m, 4H), 3.64 (m, 6H), 2.53 (t, 2H), 2.40 (s, 1H), (0316) 1.45 (s, 9H).
