The reaction mixture was diluted with iN HC1 solution (15 mL), the organic layers was separated and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo resulting in a crude compound which was purified by chromatography on silica gel, eluting with 1-3% methanol in DCMto give 7.30 g, 67% yield of the title compound as colorless oil. ?H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): oe = 7.79 (d, J= 8.43 Hz, 2H), 7.48 (d, J= 7.98 Hz, 2H), 4.56 (t, J= 5.54 Hz, 1H), 4.08 -4.14 (m, 1H), 3.43 -3.59 (m, 20H), 3.41 (d, J= 5.32 Hz, 2H), 3.39 (s, 1H), 2.42 (s, 3H).
